Aberystwyth is under 2 ½ hours by car from Cardiff, Bangor and Wrexham and is reachable by rail via Shrewsbury from Cardiff, Bangor and Wrexham. For further details visit the National Rail website

You can also travel on the X40 bus which travels twice daily between Cardiff and Aberystwyth or on the North Wales Bus Network to reach Aberystwyth from Bangor and Wrexham. For further details visit the Traveline Cymru Website.

Once you have arrived, Aberystwyth train station is adjacent to the main bus and coach terminals, which run regular services to the University campus. The central taxi rank is also situated next to the station, and the Arts Centre is approximately a one-mile journey away. You can walk it in about 20 minutes, but please bear in mind that Penglais Hill is quite a steep climb! Here's a handy local map to the Arts Centre.
